If this is your first time here, please register for an account by clicking the link to the left.

To schedule a tutoring appointment: 

  1. Tutoring is listed by day, with today at the top.  The schedule will display the week ahead.
  2. You can toggle between available tutoring schedules using the drop down menu at the top (Online Peer Tutoring, Math & Physics Tutoring, and Writing Center are all now available!)
  3. You may make an appointment no less than 2 hours prior to the requested time slot.  This allows tutors to see your request and assignment details and prepare for your session.
  4. Find your course subject and tutor on the left of the schedule. Note that not all tutors are available every day.  You may need to look at other days to find your tutor.
  5. Click on the white box the corresponds with the time you wish you meet with your tutor.
  6. Complete the form that pops up. 
    1. Note that tutoring sessions may be offered online, or face-to-face, or both depending on the availability of the tutor.
    2. Online Tutoring is a live session using an online whiteboard.  You can use audio and video to connect "in person" with your tutor, or use the chat feature to communicate.  You can also upload files and write/draw on the whiteboard.
    3. Once the form is filled out, click the Submit button.  You and the tutor will receive a confirmation email and/or text immediately.
  7. When it's time for your session, log back into WCOnline and click on your appointment block (it will be colored in). Or, click on your name and choose "My Appointments" in the drop down menu. Your appointment form will pop up again and you can click on the link to start your session.
  8. All email confirmations and responses will come to your TMU email from the sender: Thomas More University.
